Dakota Beef Wows Them Again!

Once again, people at the Silver Oak Cellars Release Event on July 30th swarmed the Dakota Beef tent to sample certified organic beef. We had the grill up and running by 10:30am and barely managed to stay ahead of the crowd. While other vendors had time to assemble hors d'ouvres, we scrambled to keep our three trays full. Guests gave high praise to Dakota Beef's certified organic skirt steak, rib eye steaks, top sirloin, and our new All-Beef hot dogs. Now that we're in so many more markets than last year, it was especially gratifying to be able to direct people to stores in their area to shop for Dakota Beef products. For those who can't yet find it on their local shelves, they were pleased to know they could order fresh beef over the Internet either from us or from Williams-Sonoma. A special thanks to all of the people who signed up for the raffle and to be among the first to receive our new email newsletter.
