Grilled Flat Iron Steak

Ingredients:

  • 2 1/2 pounds DAKOTA Organic Flat Iron Steak (pan ready)
  • 1 cup JP'S Soy/Worcestershire marinade

Divide flat irons into 4ea 10oz. steaks or leave whole and slice after
grilling. In a 1 gal ZIP-Lock freezer bag add flat irons plus 1 cup of
the marinade. Zip, shake, and refrigerate for at least 1 1/2 hours,
or you could marinate the night before.

Remove from marinade, fire up the BBQ and grill to desired
doneness. (appx. 4 minutes per side for med rare.)
